yesterday was ah gong's birthday. mummy and i were responsible for buying a cake. in the end we chose a vanilla strawberry cake at polar.
when we reached home, we secretly put the cake into the fridge. so everytime ah gong wanted to open the fridge, i volunteered to help him to whatever he needed. phew! so tiring!! once ah ma finished her work, we kept thinking what and where to have for dinner. finally, we decided on ichiban sushi.
we dressed ourselves nicely and all ready to leave for dinner.
once we reached ichiban, we quickly queued up as there were lots of people. about 30 minutes later, we FINALLY got a table. as the food was served one by one, i said to mummy....."think we ordered too much!". there were chawamushi, cha soba, raw salmon and many more. in the end, we managed to finish everything as there was one "old" insectisauraurs in front of me.
guess what? we spent $98.65 altogether.
after we got home, i waited and waited, then i really could not hold it anymore. i ran to the fridge and took the cake out. we sang and cut the cake!
