yesterday, i went to bishan park in the afternoon. i went there with zac, angela, zac's nephew and niece, winnie, wei min, susan, ziai, mummy and ruyi.
first, zac introduce zac's nephew and niece to me. then, we went to rent a bicycle which was blue in colour and ruyi rented a green bicycle too.
so we started cycling around the park. while cycling, we saw some people playing softball. ruyi taught me how slow down when you go downslope and how to brake gently and not to jam your brakes. it is very fun as i can enjoy the wind blowing into my face.
we cycled 4 rounds and after every round i need to drink alot of water. after that we sat down and watched the children learning to rollerblate. i wish ruyi or zac will teach me how to skate one day....
after all the cycling we went back home to shower. after showering i went to eat with zac, angela, winnie, ziai, wei min, susan, mummy and ruyi. the place is called old town and it is at east coast park. i ate a bowl of ipoh hor fun mummy ate a bowl of prawn mee and ruyi ate a bowl of curry rice.
after we finished eating the noodles we went to bedok reservoir park. we took wei min's car as ruyi drove the car to attend a student's birthday party. when we were going to reach bedok reservoir park, something happened to wei min which i don't want to say.... and then we were 'thrown' out of the car. we took a taxi.
when we reached there, there were nothing going on and i forgot to tell you that we are supposed to go there to watch some kind of art show but we were late... then when everybody came, we told them that the show was over. so zac suggested that we go to the simpang bedok. suddenly, sharon came in her van and when she was reversing she nearly knocked zac down.
we took sharon's van to simpang bedok. when we reached there we saw many people. we waited about 1 minute for a table. the person gave us a menu each. and wei min came back. so we decided to eat rojak.
after eating, somebody said that it is still early. so we decided to go to katong to play pool. when we reached the place we saw many people playing pool. ruyi and myself found watching peole playing boring. then ruyi asked me if i would like to learn how to play pool. i say i want. then ruyi went to rent a table.
then wei min came and told me that how i was standing wrongly. so she told me how to stand in the correct way. finally, i knew how to break the balls and shoot the balls properly into the pockets. then wei min asked me whather i want to play a short game together. so i agreed. then we started play and then wei min accidentally shot the number 8 (black ball)into the pocket which is supposed to be put in the last. so i won the game.
and it is time to go home. i am really happy that i had a great day cycling and i learnt how to play pool. thank you wei min. and that is all for today.... good night.

Have you seen something growing on your bread which has not been eaten for a very long time? I would say yes. What you observed growing on the bread is bread mould. Bread mould belongs to a group of living things called fungi.
Mushrooms are also a type of fungi. Fungi come in various sizes. Some of are large enough for you to see, like the mushrooms. Some fungi, like yeast, are too small to see with our naked eyes. You will need a help of a microscope to be able to see how they look like.
Fungi reproduce by producing spores. Spores are very tiny and light. They look like brown dust. In mould, spores are contained in spore cases. In mushrooms, spores are found in the gills under the cap.
Fungi grow in places where there is a lot of moisture. They can grow in toilets, in corners of some buildings and even on the bodies of some animals!
Fungi can be useful to people. Some of them are used to produce the food we eat, such as bread and cheese.
However, some fungi are harmful to people such as the poisonous fungi. There are also fungi that turn food bad when they grow on food. Eating food that has turned bad can make you sick!
